No, we do not bill your private health insurance.
Insurance companies incentivize high patient turnover, rather than individualized treatment.
Not billing third-party insurance allows us to see one patient at a time for a greater length of time. This personalized approach allows us to give you our full attention, treat your pain, and work through new movement strategies that increase your physical capacity and minimize the likelihood of re-injury.
We will provide a superbill following each appointment. This is an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance to request reimbursement.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA.
We are also able to bill Automotive Insurance for motor vehicle-related injuries.

Myofascial release is a method of soft tissue manipulation that targets the muscles themselves and the fascial layers that surround muscle tissue and surrounds the individual muscles themselves.
We may use various Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM) modalities during treatment including: scraping, cupping, and body tempering. These therapies can facilitate an increase in tissue function, decrease pain, and accelerate healing.
