At North Coast Spine & Sport, our Team Sports Workshops are built to keep athletes strong, resilient, and performing at their best. We combine our philosophy of injury prevention, functional movement, and hands-on care to help teams build a foundation for long-term success.

What We Focus On

  • All workshops reinforce bracing (core stability and proper alignment) and hinging (hip hinge mechanics) as the cornerstones of safe, powerful movement. These principles are integrated into drills that athletes can apply immediately in training and competition.

  • We work proactively to reduce injury risk by identifying and correcting the underlying factors that cause pain and dysfunction. By addressing movement limitations, imbalances, and poor mechanics before they become problems, athletes stay on the field longer and recover faster.

  • Every sport demands unique movement patterns. From rotational power in baseball, to cutting and deceleration in soccer, to stability under pressure in basketball — we design workshops that train the exact skills your athletes need to compete at their best.

How it Works

  • Workshops are held right at your team’s facility, field, or gym.

  • Athletes complete assessments, learn corrective drills, and practice performance-enhancing movements. Every session is adapted to your team’s sport, goals, and level of play.
